Storyline:
Sundar is a Hindu boy who falls for Leela, a Christian girl. Their love is forbidden by cultural norms and Sundar wants nothing more than to take her as his wife. Rather than risk losing Leela and disappointing his parents by revealing his feelings for her, he risks sacrificing their future together in order to buy himself some time.
He woos Leela constantly but never makes long-lasting commitments to keep up the appearance that they are only friends. But despite all of Sundar’s efforts to save the relationship from being found out, both families find out about their troubled love story.
